Delete your Comy account
You can delete your Comy account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by sending us a request here.
Option 1 — delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Comy and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@acodear.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Comy account”.
We only need the email address on the account — please don’t send us your password. We may ask you to confirm from that address so nobody can delete your account but you. We confirm in writing once it is done.

How long it takes
- In-app deletion takes effect immediately.
- Email requests are completed within 30 days of us verifying the request.
- Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — progress, streaks, and XP cannot be restored afterwards. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
